How do I book a cab?
Choose your car and route, then call or message One Way Cab Services with the pickup time and number of passengers. A booking is confirmed only after the team agrees the vehicle, final fare and payment terms.
Do you offer self-drive rentals?
We provide chauffeur-driven taxi services. Please contact our team for any special requirements.
What documents and age rules apply?
For chauffeur-driven trips, ask One Way Cab Services which passenger identification, booking details and child-travel requirements apply.
Fare estimates and charges
The estimated base fare uses the selected vehicle rate and calculated driving distance. Tolls, state tax, parking, waiting, driver allowances are payable only as disclosed and agreed in the final quote.
Can I cancel or receive a refund?
Ask for the cancellation deadline, advance refund rules and any no-show charges before paying. Your agreed cancellation and refund terms will be provided with the booking confirmation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Ask the team about supported payment methods. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with our team.
Can I extend my trip?
Request changes before the scheduled end of your trip. Extra days, kilometres, stops or waiting may change the price and require availability confirmation.
